Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service-Based Business

SOF GROUP CORP provides professional consulting, public relations, human resources consulting, marketing research, and public opinion research services. Because our services involve time, planning, research, strategy development, professional labor, and digital deliverables, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

Clients may request cancellation before work begins. If no work has started and no resources have been allocated or purchased, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Administrative or payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.

Cancellation After Work Has Started

If work has already started, SOF GROUP CORP may issue a partial refund based on work completed, time spent, resources allocated, and deliverables prepared.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed consultation sessions
  • Completed research reports or strategy documents
  • Completed PR plans, HR advisory materials, or polling summaries
  • Approved project milestones
  • Custom work already delivered
  • Third-party vendor costs, software, media, data, advertising, or research expenses already incurred

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be emailed to oswaldo@sofgroupop.com with the client name, company name, payment reference, payment date, and reason for the request. We review requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable business timeframe.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

No Guaranteed Results

SOF GROUP CORP does not guarantee specific business outcomes, public relations results, campaign performance, hiring outcomes, revenue increases, media placements, survey responses, or public opinion results.
